Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Pay for all incomes made (INFO # 3) at the rate accepted by the employer and worker.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you earnings, employment you can send your company a written demand for payment of salaries by mail, email, text message, or other electronic means. A written demand may be sent out to the employer at the very same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue salaries is filed with the Division.
