The APR Turbo Outlet Pipe replaces the factory plastic pipe with a high quality aluminum pipe that's a constant diameter within. We pay close attention to the airflow path and provide as few bends and tight radius turns as possible to maximize performance. Unlike the factory plastic pipes, ours won't melt and crack under extreme conditions. This piece additionally deletes the turbo muffler, which is integrated into the pipe on the Golf R/S3 and similar platform vehicles. The pipe features bead rolled connection points to help resist hose slippage, and all mounting brackets are tig-welded to the pipe for a strong connection. Finally, the pipe is finished in an attractive satin-black finish. This all results in a more reliable setup and increased performance through a smooth and strong uninterrupted airflow path. These hoses are compatible with both OEM and upgraded APR charge hoses.
