Cookie Jar - 1953 Sierra Vista House RARE

This is a rare Sierra Vista original made in 1953 in great condition to display in a collection. The paint especially is in great condition. Usually, the brown on the roof is a lot more faded, or repainted in a lot of these you find nowadays. This appears to be the original paint from 1953 with no attempts at a repaint. It is about 9.5" tall and 6" wide on each side. (Closer to 9" wide if you measure the widest part of the roof)

This might also fit in lovely with your spring or Easter decorations. This would also fit in nicely with your Christmas decor as well.

There are 2 minor cracks in the lid. One is near the front window and stretches only 2 inches, not really visible until up close. The other crack is smaller on the inside rim, not visible at all when displayed. It also has wear in the brown paint where the lid makes contact with the jar in a few of the corners. Also has crazing visible up close.
