This coffee/tea mug is by Tremar of Cornwall, producers of a wide range of domestic and decorative wares in the 1960s and 1970s. The piece is finished in brown matte ground with a white over-glaze. The mug features an embossed 'Country mug' just below the rim and an embossed motif of a rabbit in a meadow to front and back. The piece is stamped Tremar to the base.
