Absolutely gorgeous, well made, high quality full cotton skirt, made in India. Embroidered lace effect, in banded intervals around the skirt. The elasticated waist is 27 - 28", but this is before stretching - it can go a lot wider. Worn once/twice during the Summer, the skirt attracts compliments! Lined with cotton, it gives the skirt body and flounce. I paid £49 for this and it is still in very good condition.
