Collectible, retired (2013), G4, 3" My Little Pony NEON RAINBOW POWER RARITY (International exclusive). Rare, hard to find, 3" G4 figure. Pony. Tail is very frizzly; mane/forelock is smooth and shiny with just a few broken and/or 'rough' hairs. Cutie mark paint is near perfect and eye paint appears factory perfect. MODIFICATIONS: All vinyl, including pink dots/marks on muzzle and left rear leg and rump area, effectively whitened/brightened and pony gently sanitized, cleaned, conditioned and styled using only pony-safe methods & products.
