This is a 1/8 scale figure of Serizawa Fumino from Mayoi Neko Overrun! by Megahouse.
The figure does not come with a box. She is glued to her base, and there is a tiny bit of paint transfer on the base (see 4th pic). Other than that, condition is great.
Very cute, rare and hard to find overseas!
