Antique tape dispenser made by texcel tape. Made of cast iron and the whole tape dispenser weighs about 7 lbs. the wheel is in great condition along with the sheers for cutting the tape. The overall dispenser is in good condition especially noting the age of this. These are very rare to find and even harder to find in this great condition! The bottom is missing the fabric but it doesn’t affect the function of it at all. Originally from the JC PENNEY historical archives in Texas- the tag says 30s and I believe it was added in 72.
