Here’s a classical piece of vintage fashion from Italian designer Carolina Pedrjoni known for her colorful designs. This reminds me of a school girls dress with a black collar on a multi floral print with a V-neck that has an inset of the floral fabric. This has belt loops, but no belt is included. The fabric is described as Diolen” with a silky finish. I have not ever heard of this material before, but it is according to the Almighty internet, similar to silk. Anyway, this is a very rare find and super cute. You can certainly find ways to style this!
